a degree in Professional Communications from Wheeling
Jesuit University, Erica uses her training in graphic
design to create various marketing tools like property
brochures, open house materials and direct mail pieces.
- She
maintains marketing momentum by making sure your property
gets advertised as part of our ongoing advertising
campaigns.
- Additionally,
Erica gathers feedback from agents that are invaluable
in presenting your property in a way that engages
prospects and encourages them to buy.
- Lastly,
but probably most important, Erica conducts weekly
calls and sends advertising tear sheets to keep you
updated on our marketing efforts and progress.
Closing
Coordination
- As
a licensed real estate agent, Erica has participated
in over 120 real estate transactions for the Burig's.
She ensures a hassle-free closing by helping to maintain
communication with and among your mortgage company,
the closing company and you. Tasks like checking on
the mortgage status and the final commitment, providing
you with information about funds needed or to be given
at closing as well as updating you on our progress
towards closing.
