Black Bean Salsa

Preparation: 10 minutes
Must be made ahead

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 16-oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 7-oz. can shoe peg corn, drained
½ cup Italian salad dressing
3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
¾ tsp. chili powder
1 med. Tomato, finely chopped
½ green pepper, finely chopped
½ red onion, finely chopped

Combine first 7 ingredients. Toss well and marinate for 4-5 hours. Just before serving, add last three ingredients. Toss Well

Serve with tortilla Chips.
